Raising the roof at the o2 working within an existing building through ingenious engineering we overcame the major challenge of constructing and installing the arena s 4 500 tonne roof. It is 50m high. Due to the impossibility of using cranes inside the dome structure the arena s roof was constructed on the ground within the dome and then lifted.
